Four eras of one brand, and everything it had to carry: identity, booths, print, booklets, social and the website.
I’ve worked with this team since before Zitcha had its name, back when it was TP Collab. The idea was already there: retailers selling advertising across their own website, app and stores, and turning it into a real line of business.
Retail media is a crowded, technical market, full of acronyms and dashboards. What the team needed was a brand that could stand out on a trade-show floor, explain itself on a single sheet, and grow as fast as the company did.

Placements, margins, bids and budgets across dozens of channels: retail media is hard to explain, and the people buying it are busy and often new to it.
So every era started with the same question: what does a buyer need to see to get it in a few seconds? The answer reshaped the brand each time, from a loud, digital-agency look in violet and acid yellow, to a friendlier lilac that made the product approachable at booths and events, to today’s calm soft black with purple light.

Instead of describing retail media, Zitcha shows it. The visuals put the ad where it actually appears: an email, an app screen, a social feed, a shelf in store. A buyer sees the result before reading a word.
The same idea runs through the long-form pieces. Playbooks and ebooks walk retailers through personalisation and new channels like Meta, one clear spread at a time.

A fast-growing company never sits still. Over the years that meant booths for trade shows in Australia and the US, one-pagers and brochures for the sales team, reports and playbooks, social campaigns, and a look for each of its products as they arrived: Zitcha Core, Margin Manager and now Zitchai.
Most recently came the website. I designed it in Figma and led the build, with AI doing the development, while the Zitcha team shaped the content and gave feedback at every step. Working together through every era means nothing starts from scratch: each new piece builds on the last, and the brand keeps sounding like the same people.
