The client reached out to me requesting help in refreshing their existing visual identity. Their mission, vision and values were already defined, however, the visual component of their identity wasn’t reflecting their goals.

Based on the existing brand strategy, I had to come up with a refreshed look and feel for the brand. I conducted a thorough competitor and market analysis and created a few directions that could work for the brand. It’s important to create a variety of different options to validate the elements that would potentially work or the ones that might not bring any value to the brand.

During this project we had 3 rounds of feedback, which is normal and desired to ensure the visual representation of the brand reflects their values.

After a few rounds of feedback, we landed on a perfect solution for the brand. Clean, minimalistic and readable brand identity aligns perfectly with their target audience.

We developed a brand mark that resembles a home, yet added a little bit of listsure’s touch to it. The identity is balancing between corporate and playful thanks to the half-tone houses, that lay the visual interest in the background.

To create a cohesive look all photography was turned into half-tones, that play perfectly with the graphic houses in the background.

The new brand identity had to play an important role in binding communication between three target audiences, that listsure works with real estate agents, homeowners, as well as interior design stylists. And the new visual communication does a great job!

Alongside the brand identity, we have worked on updating listsure’s marketing collateral and website.
